Yep – I know I have been a little absent – but never fear – all is well

Will is home until the end of the week – so he has been taking up some time – how dare he!!!!  M1 and M2 are well – we went out to the farm again yesterday – and purchased another guinea pig – his name in Ginger – so now of course we have Fred and Ginger!  Original huh!!!;) Mackenzie got a nip on the finger by the cocky!  there is a sign that says – "careful I may bite:. but of course – M2 cannot read yet!  My fault for not having a child prodigy!  I have some great photos – but they will come later – coz they are still on the camera!!!!!

I have been working on a new kit – PINK COTTON.  I am liking it so far!  I will add a preview of the papers when I can!

hey – I haven’t much to say today!  Had a much better day with MAdison.  We have come to an agreement (well – today anyway!).  I put a chart up on the fridge with squares on it.  If she gets 3 crosses – she ‘loses’ Rabbit (her favourite toy).  Another three crosses – "Ruggie" (her rug) goes.  Another 3 crosses – and Fred the guines pig goes.  these things don’t go very far – she get’s them back the next day!  ANyway – she was doing really well today – until around 4pm – then came three crosses.  Now Rabbit is in the washing basket.  Madison needs to learn that there will be consequences for wrongdoing.  I have tried the ‘naughty step’, rationalising, and even the occaisional smack – but all to no avail – so this is my new approach.  The other thing up my sleeve is ‘nasty sauce’ (Worstechire sauce) on her tongue! 

Started back at the gym today!  Did a cycle class!  I love that rush of adrenaline!   Havn’t been to the gym in around 7 months – I suspended my membership – coz I wasn’t finding the time!  Let’s see if things can be a little different now!  They want me to design their webpage for them – maybe I can do a deal with a barter about fees!!!!!!!  Anyway – tight b.u.t.t. here I come!!!!!!!

Hey – I just received some cool news – gonna make me busier than EVAH – but hey – take life with both hands and run with it!  I’m also working on another couple of projects – can’t wait to share them!

Hey another place that is ROCKIN’ along right now is DIGISHOP TALK .  Because Two Peas is not really bursting with fun, frivolity and great customer service – a new digi spot has opened it’s dooor and arms wide.  We can talk about anything, mention stores, designers, kits, ANYTHING to our heart’s content – WITHOUT getting the thread pulled!  Good stuff to Shannon for sorting it out!

Another great place for Aussies is DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING DOWNUNDER  – a place for all us Aussies to chat (anyone form anywhere is welcome – not just Aussies!), and get to know eacj other, orgasnise meetings etc etc.  COOL! 

Coz I have time to be doing all this chatting!!!!!

Phew – what a couple of days it has been!  BUT – before I mention that – isn’t it funny how my blog ‘hits’ have skyrocketed downward now that there is no very well advertised freebie!  WHAT – do people only come here for the goods!  What a fickle bunch!

WOW – these photos were taken when MAdison was 8 months old!  It was the first warm spring day of the year, and we took advantage of the day to have fish and chips on the beach with my Mum – it has now turned into a sort of trasition between  the ‘girls’!

This one is for the TOTM at SSD  The assignment was to scraplift one of Amy MArtins layouts – I chose BEAUTY , and I used the charity kit for Cassie – sold at the Sweet Shoppe!  Get it while it is hot!!! :)

I know these next few are not LO’s but how gorgeous is MAckenzie’s face! I have had a great time fiddling with the camera – there is sooo much to learn though!

It is the most gorgeous morning here today!  The world is clean and fresh – and Iam at one with it!   To celebrate – I have made a little something for you – but you’ll have to keep reading to get it!

First I need to share a photo or two with you from the weekend (no – I still do not have my new Canon EOS350D!  I am patiently (?) waiting!)

OK – obligatory Mackenzie eating spaghetti!  She loves her food!

My two little explorers!  This was on Saturday when we went to the market!  The water was as flat as a tack, and the sun was beautiful!  Not too shabby for the start of winter!

I don’t get to snap Madison so much now – she is sick of the camera being in her face!  Hope she changes her tune when I get the new camera!

Hosted a chat last night at ClikChic Designs!  I came up with an impromtu challenge – whcich I will post about later today!  Right now – I have to get by backside into gear and get organised for the day!

To be honest – I don’t have a million things to dsay right now – but I will in the next few days!  Are you excited!  I am!

PAst couple of days have been fairly normal here!  I have the horrid sore throoat, heavy head type of thing!  I wish it would go away.  M1 and M2 are being absolute delights (and no – that’s not even dripping with sarcasm!
I purchased a couple of books from Amazon the other day- – to assist with my foray into the Digital SLR 

The other book will prove to be VERY handy, and is highly recommended:

YIPPEEE!  On my wish list at Amazon is this:

A 50mm F1.8 lens.  Fantastic for the portraits and close-ups!  It’s gonna come my way!  I have always had an interest in photography – and now I can really pursue it – amongst the million and one other things that I do!  At least there are some great positives – I get to capture many moments of my two rascals!
In other news -I am in the middle of creating a GINORMOUS chipboard alpha.  Once I sort out the little tutorial that goes with it – it’ll be up for sale!   I can’t give you a preview yet – coz PS isn’t open, and the image I have of it is HUGE still – take forever to upload!

OKAY – so I have some pimping to do!
