I probably shouldn’t be posting right now….

….coz it's late, I'm tired, a little cranky and just plain jumbled. (anyone feel sorry for me yet!!!!).

Had a scan today - 19weeks.  A special scan of Heinz with M2's cardiologist in attendance to check Heinz' heart.  All is well heartwise.  The only thing that is not well is Will.  I am now calling him MWDS.  For the uninitiated - 'man with dodgy s.p.e.r.m.'! (sorry - I should have warned you about that word!). Yep - I think Will is Y-chromosome deficient.  It looks like we are having another girl.  For those that do not realise - that means THREE girls altogether.  Argh.  Oh well - surely that means when I am old and wizened - at least one of them will stick around and look after me!!!!  Yeah - I know - I sound disappointed - I'm not really - but truthfully - a bit of testosterone in the house would have been good!!!  Oh well - more pink, Barbies, skirts and frilly stuff!!!!!

Why else am I cranky - I don't know.  I just feel deflated.  I guess I am impatient.  I think that my designs are OK - otherwise I wouldn't be selling them - but hey - maybe no-one else does!  I realise I have only just started - but I just can't help comparing myself.  I shouldn't do that.  It's one of those little insecurities that I have.  I just need to do my own thing, and what I enjoy - which is what I am doing.  Maybe I am on my own little wavelength - who knows!  Anyway - I am going to have a CT call soon.  What if no-one applies? What if…….?  Good gracious Kylie - it's a hobby - it's not as though my life depends on this.  get a grip.

M1 is giving me grief at present.  She can be such an angel - and then voila - she turns.  Sooky, narky, moody, whingy - don't just pick one - it's all of the above.  Four years old.  Her psychology is beyond me.  Absolutely.

Argh - a mouse just popped it's head up on the carpet.  We seem to be a half-way house for the little critters.  Don't they get the idea that we don't want 'em here - especially when they see their buddies thrown out into the bin squashed by a trap. 

Gee - I am crabby.  Maybe I should go to bed.

 Ok - so I have hit the BIG 34!  No different to the just as big, but a different number 33!  Happy Birthday to me!

Since it is my birthday - and we aren't celebrating it here (if only my husband had been paid for the past two months of work!!!) - I'd like to celebrate with you!

Hey I have a little toot - the wonderfully gorgeous and talented Nancy Comelab invited me to be a member of her CT!  How happy am I!!!  It turns out that we live around 1.5 hours apart - so I am looking forward to a *real live* meeting with her one day!  Check out her great stuff at The Lily-Pad!

We have had a guest in the house for the past week - SMOKY the dragon!  Wonderful guest - didn't take up too much room, never spoke, and never ate!  that's my kind of guest! Smoky is a bit of a floosy - he goes to a different house each week - dependent on which child takes him home from Kinder.  I hope he enjoyed his stay!

 I had my first craving the other night (unless you count bacon!) - I had to have cheesecake. So much so that Will had to go out and get me some - Sara Lee New York Baked Cheesecake.  To be honest - it's not to bad - but I wouldn't leave home for it.  It's one of those frozen desserty type of things - you know the ones - you almost break your spoon when trying to get a mouthful - it's that frozen.  I'm enjoying the last quarter now - or I will do when it finally thaws enough for me to slice it!

A few posts ago I mentioned that we are now the proud 'owners' to FOXTEL. Hey - it's not that bad.  So many channels to choose from - so little time!  Idon't mind watching some fo the re-runs of older shows - Everybody Loves Raymond, Cheers etc.  but I tuned into the Ellen Degeneres Show.  I have never seen it before - and hey - she's pretty funny!  I happened to watch the episode where one of the guests is Juddson Laipply - the Evolution of Dance guy. 

 Now - I had seen this clip before - but he is coming out with a new one. If you haven't seen it - check it out for a good belly laugh.

Oh oh oh oh - a friend just popped in with the most gorgeous birthday present.  WOW. It's a SECOND TRIMESTER PSPA TREATMENT PACKAGE from a Hot Springs that is near us.  Yay.  I have never had a spa treatment - I can't wait - how exciting - and she has offered to look after Madison and Mackenzie too.  I feel special!

I have been playing around with, and successfully installed lightbox on my blog - so hurrah hurrah - now my pictures are all fancy!  That is - when you click on the thumbnail - you are taken automagically (again) to a full-sized image!  let's test it with my favourite girls…..

OK - so I am obviously back online - in my own home.  Ahh - luxury.  I was lucky enough to have the company of two men today!  Unfortunately neither of them were a spunky and yummy as my husband!  The Telstra man came a did a repair on our line - unfortunately more repairs are required - at our cost.  Bugger. The other man was Mr Foxtel.  yes - we are now the proud(?) owners of a Foxtel installation.  I haven't decided if it is good, bad or a total and utter waste of money.  It's not like a plant the girls in front of the TV and let them watch it all day - neither do I watch alot of TV.  But - WOW - there are so many channels to choose from - I took one look at the Guide and needed a packed lunch just to read today's program!!!!  I am sure it will come in handy one day!!!  maybe when I am up in the middle of the night feeding Heinz when he/she finally arrives!  So - now we have a clear phone line, and a million children's TV channels - what more can a mother want !

I must say - there are so many cool things planned for the site relaunch at My Digital Muse - it will be great.  I am looking forward to being a part of it all.  The re-launch is on June 2nd - don't forget to be there!!!!

I am without internet today.  And for goodness knows how long.  Damn Telstra.  We have had a dodgy phone line for a while (most probably because Will ran over it with a tractor around 2 years ago!!!) - but at least we had a line.  Someone came out to 'have a look' at it yesterday - and VOILA.  We now have no phone!  Henceforth - we have no internet.  Bugger.  So - I am utilising my Presidential rights at the Kindergarten, and am on the computer there.  Huh.

So - thanks for all the great commetns about my Squished alpha.  It is no longer a freebie - I hope you enjoy using it.  It will be instore as soon as I am internetted again.

Just a super short post today - gotta do some Presintial stuff afterall.

I created a layout!   First one in around 5 months!  See what happens when you are incubating a Heinz (translated to mean -18 weeks pregnant with a baby that looked suspiciously like a baked bean at the 12-week scan!).  You have no time or energy to do anything else!  It was super hard to find any sort of scrapping mojo - but I must admit - the use of my FROODLE template did help a little. sticky eye, smoky house and chocolate before 8am?

Yes - the title to this post pretty much sums up my household this morning!

I have woken up with a really sticky, red and yukky eye - it's annoying, not to mention sore and unbeautifying!  I need all the beautifying I can get I tell ya!!!!

Smoky house.  Well - Will has been burning off (on and off), since Thursday night.  Our council only allows burning off on a Friday and Saturday, but of course my invincible husband (?) thought he'd start on Thursday night.  So - that would explain the fire dept truck that pulled up with lights on at around 10:00pm!!!!!  Apparently there was so much smoke, that another 4 trucks were on their way!  Great way to get acquainted with the local CFA, especially as we were taking the Kinder group on an excursion to the CFA the very next day!!!!!   Anyway - Will put the fire out whilst the CFA was here, and then started it up again half an hour later:)  I am sure he thinks rules are meant to be broken!  That was Thursday night - he burned off all day yesterday (after the excursion to the CFA), and started again this morning.  I nearly have to get down low and go go go in my own house!!!!!

The excursion to the CFA was a success with the Kinder children.  There were 10 parents that attended, and we were each allocated two children to look after.  I had M1 and another little girl.  They were such little cuties together.  Will had the two most boisterous boys in the group.  He was the only male parent that attended (he does Kinder duty whenever he gets the chance!!!) - and he had a great time lifting all the kids (except our M1) into the Fire truck.  M1 is a little shy sometimes - she didn't want to get in the truck, and the lip started quivering when the lights and sirens came on!  She has never liked loud noises.

This brings me to the chocolate before 8am part!  Actually - nothing really brought me here - but it seems like a good time to bring it up!!!!!  Whilst I have been fiddling over here on the computer, my wonderful health conscious, easy to win over husband has been feeding our children chocolate.  Surely that is wrong - especially at this time of morning!  At least wait until AFTER 8am surely!!!

Onto other stuff - have you been over to MDM to grab the GRAB BAGS! They are absolutely fantastic - and such a bargain.

I am awaiting the opening of a buddy of mine's new selling spot! (that doesn't seem awfully grammatically correct - but you get my gist!!!) The amazing Nancy Comelab. She is a fellow Aussie, and GREAT value!  Come on Nancy - open open open!!!!

It's time to have breakfast, get the day started, unstick my eye, crawl through the smoke, and deal with two chocolatey hyper children!!!!  Cheers!

Okay - so things have been hectic around here!  I have been madly preparing for my first ever Grab Bag at My Digital Muse.  You really want to get it - it's only $2- what can you lose!  Fantastic bargain - and we all love a bargain!

Having Wilbur home has been magnificent - although sometimes I must say - it's easier when he is away! m1 gets such as attitude - ignores everything I say, and only listens to Daddy.  How annoying and 4 year-old! We test drove what will hopefully be our new car today - a Kia Grand Carnival.  Premium.  We mustn't forget the Premium - that means leather seats!  Only coz they are so much easier to keep clean - wipe down and I'm done!  Oh - it'll also have a DVD player - how upmarket is that!  I can't wait.  

We are off to the local Fire Station tomorrow on a Kinder Excursion! Great - I haven't been inside a Fire Station before - so it'll be exciting for me too.  M1 is looking forward to it - I wonder if they have a pole?
