Had a scan today – 19weeks. A special scan of Heinz with M2's cardiologist in attendance to check Heinz' heart. All is well heartwise. The only thing that is not well is Will. I am now calling him MWDS. For the uninitiated – 'man with dodgy s.p.e.r.m.'! (sorry – I should have warned you about that word!). Yep – I think Will is Y-chromosome deficient. It looks like we are having another girl. For those that do not realise – that means THREE girls altogether. Argh. Oh well – surely that means when I am old and wizened – at least one of them will stick around and look after me!!!! Yeah – I know – I sound disappointed – I'm not really – but truthfully – a bit of testosterone in the house would have been good!!! Oh well – more pink, Barbies, skirts and frilly stuff!!!!!
Why else am I cranky – I don't know. I just feel deflated. I guess I am impatient. I think that my designs are OK – otherwise I wouldn't be selling them – but hey – maybe no-one else does! I realise I have only just started – but I just can't help comparing myself. I shouldn't do that. It's one of those little insecurities that I have. I just need to do my own thing, and what I enjoy – which is what I am doing. Maybe I am on my own little wavelength – who knows! Anyway – I am going to have a CT call soon. What if no-one applies? What if…….? Good gracious Kylie – it's a hobby – it's not as though my life depends on this. get a grip.
M1 is giving me grief at present. She can be such an angel – and then voila – she turns. Sooky, narky, moody, whingy – don't just pick one – it's all of the above. Four years old. Her psychology is beyond me. Absolutely.
Argh – a mouse just popped it's head up on the carpet. We seem to be a half-way house for the little critters. Don't they get the idea that we don't want 'em here – especially when they see their buddies thrown out into the bin squashed by a trap.

joelsgirl_Kellie - Sorry you’re not getting your boy…I’m having the opposite problem–my husband keeps making boys, lol. But it could be worse-I met a lady the other day who had a scan every month with her FIFTH pregnancy, and every time the doctor told her it was going to be her first boy…and out came baby girl #5. THAT would terrible, don’t ya think?
Your designs ARE awesome; I cannot believe how much I love the watercolor papers. The colors are great and the texture is SO realistic! If you make patterned papers to go with them, I’ll buy those too! It won’t take long before people are crashing the server to get to your stuff, I’m sure! Hope tomorrow goes better for you!
Alice - There are days like that ! I’m in a bad phase too, i just crashed on a really hard exam a few days ago. We were 10,000, they kept 500, for the oral exam part but they only took 200, and i wasn’t in the 200. I’m exhausted, and that makes me cranky too ! I can’t wait this weekend to get some rest ! For your little baby girl, if you want to know it all : my parents had 3 girls (i’m the second one), and they finally had 2 boys after !!! You’ll have to try again !!! LOL !
